Reporting Procedures

Any employee who believes they have been subjected to harassment or discrimination, or who has witnessed such behavior, is encouraged to report the matter immediately. Reports can be made to any supervisor, manager, or directly to the company's designated compliance officer. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly and thoroughly.

Employer's Claim Service, Inc. prohibits retaliation against any employee who, in good faith, reports harassment or discrimination, participates in an investigation, or opposes any unlawful discriminatory practice. Retaliation is itself a violation of this policy and will be subject to disciplinary action.

Investigation and Resolution

All complaints of harassment or discrimination will be investigated promptly, impartially, and as confidentially as possible. The investigation will be conducted by a designated individual or team with the appropriate training and authority to handle such matters. Upon completion of the investigation, appropriate corrective action will be taken if a violation of this policy is found.

Disciplinary Action

Employees found to have engaged in harassment, discrimination, or retaliation in violation of this policy will be subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. The severity of the disciplinary action will be determined based on the nature and severity of the offense, the employee's history, and all other relevant circumstances.
